Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome and guide customers, actively selling products and providing knowledgeable fashion guidance. You will help maintain a pristine sales floor, support with garment care, and work closely with the store team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You will engage customers about trends, stories, and products, promote the Hello Member loyalty app, and contribute to achieving sales targets with store management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in retail.
• Ability to engage with customers and promote products.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, brands and in-store storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers through the store.
• Promote products and guide customers through the OMNI experience where available.
• Maintain garment care, presentation and a tidy sales floor and back of house.
