Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, guide shoppers through the store, and actively sell products using fashion knowledge. You will promote the Hello Member loyalty app, maintain attractive displays, and work with the team to meet sales targets while keeping the store clean and organized.

The role emphasizes customer experience, collaboration, and owning responsibilities from garment care to omni-channel experiences where available.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and meeting targets in a team setting.
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Be proactive in conversations to deliver outstanding service.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products across the store.
• Promote and sell products to customers effectively.
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App Hello Member and sustainability initiatives in-store.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during interactions and support sales targets with store management.
• Support with garment care, presentation, stock replenishment and back-of-house duties.
