Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling with selling tools and reservations.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide service to customers on their terms and be flexible across departments.
• Provide honest feedback to customers about style, fit and value.
• Seek product knowledge through meetings and trainings to build expertise.
• Conduct DSA-led product knowledge sessions with peers.
• Provide feedback to the DM to improve assortment.
• Drive sales through appointment-based selling during events and regular times.
• Keep the department ready: stocking, re-merchandising, display, pricing, transfers and cleaning.
• Grow Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Hours and schedule vary by week based on business needs.
