You will set and achieve sales goals, build lasting customer relationships, and participate in product knowledge meetings to stay ahead of trends. Flexible schedule and strong teamwork are essential.

• Ability to read sales reporting in relation to goals.
• Knowledge of educating customers on new and emerging brands, suggesting based on what will work for them.
• Confidence with high/low price points and ability to showcase value to customers.
• Strong understanding of a customer’s holistic wardrobe and style, with organization to follow up and advise on needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools and reservations.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide service on customers' terms and be flexible to work in other departments if needed.
• Offer honest feedback on style, fit and value of pieces.
• Seek fashion knowledge through meetings and trainings to build expertise.
• Lead DSA product knowledge sessions with other DSAs and Stylists.
• Provide product feedback to DM to improve assortment.
• Drive sales through appointment-based selling during events and non-events.
• Help keep the department ready with stocking, re-merchandising, displays, markdowns, transfers and cleaning.
• Grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
