Flexible hours support varying business needs and events. You will set sales goals, build lasting relationships, and coach peers in product knowledge while contributing to inventory and display efforts to keep the department

Responsabilidades

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling with selling tools and reservations.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and educate peers on brand trends and product knowledge.
• Provide honest feedback on style and fit to enhance customer wardrobe, and drive sales through appointments.
• Stock, re-merchandise, display, and assist with price markdowns and merchandise transfers.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and participate in events to drive business.
• Collaborate with DSAs, Stylists, and other departments to ensure a customer-ready environment.
