Job summary

Brobston Group in Coral Gables is seeking a Fashion Advisor who delivers a superior client experience while building relationships that drive client conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. You will collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to inspire clients through fashion expertise, provide warm, professional service, and coordinate with repairs and alterations.

A strong communicator with at least 3 years in related fashion retail and a high school diploma is essential;

• Minimum 3 years of related experience with a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays; ability to lift 15 pounds.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
