You will guide walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors, offering expert fashion advice and personalized service. You will join a diverse sales team, report to boutique leadership, and contribute to revenue growth through outstanding client care, meaningful outreach, and seamless alterations coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to clients.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Take in repairs and maintain follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
