You will collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to inspire clients through fashion expertise, provide warm, professional service, and coordinate with repairs and alterations.

A strong communicator with at least 3 years in related fashion retail and a high school diploma is essential;

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience with a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays; ability to lift 15 pounds.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service while exceeding client expectations.
• Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Receive repairs and follow up consistently with clients about repairs and alterations.
