Job summary

Harvard University IT is seeking a Divisional Technology Partner for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS). This role partners with divisional leadership to align technology investments with priorities, leads demand planning, and coordinates enterprise solutions while guiding escalation and issue resolution.

You will work across FAS and university-wide enterprise applications, prioritizing IT initiatives within governance guardrails and budget limits, delivering annual investment impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of five years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Document local FAS technology needs and gather feedback on IT systems and services.
• Manage IT investment request intake.
• Partner with FAS divisional leadership to align technology investments with priorities and governance guardrails.
• Facilitate FAS divisional demand planning and IT roadmap development.
• Coordinate with counterparts across the FAS to identify shared solutions and provide issue resolution.
• Produce annual report of divisional IT investments and impact.
• Socialize and communicate IT change initiatives within the division.
