Job summary

Cooper Farms in Hicksville, Ohio is seeking a 1st shift Farrowing Technician to join our team. The role involves caring for newborn piglets, vaccinating as directed, and helping maintain barn routines in a fast-paced farm setting.

Shift hours are Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:00pm with a partial weekend rotation; starting hourly rate is $18.05, with potential increases to $19.30 after 90 days, plus profit-sharing bonuses and benefit options.

• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.

1st shift Farrowing Technician to join our team in Hicksville, Ohio.

SHIFT HOURS:

Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:00pm, partial shift every 3rd weekend.

STARTING HOURLY RATE:

$18.05 with the potential of increasing to $19.30 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY:

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:
