The Juris Agency in Pasadena is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an in-person role. You will provide exceptional service to current clients and prospects, process policy changes, and maintain product knowledge.

A Property & Casualty license is part of training and a requirement. We offer hands-on training, health/dental/vision insurance, and opportunities for career growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Property and Casualty license required (training)
• Upskill with industry-related courses/seminars as needed
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries.
• Analyze, clarify, and resolve intermediate policy and account-related questions from customers.
• Review problems and communicates with appropriate personnel to obtain information.
• Continue to build personal skills via industry-related courses/seminars.
• Stay current with relevant product(s).
