The Melissa Terrazas Agency is seeking a Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative to support client sales and service, build ongoing relationships, and help grow a Farmers book. The role rewards performance with growth opportunities and hands-on training.

You will handle client questions, drive retention, up-sell, cross-sell, and assist with initial quotes while maintaining thorough records of activity. Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty License required.
• Minimum of 2 years in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Experience with commercial/business insurance a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements
