Job summary

The Russell Mitchell Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a friendly, dedicated professional to join our team as a Full or Part-Time Insurance Account Manager in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will protect clients’ needs by offering appropriate coverages and other products while delivering excellent service.

Base salary starts at $36,000 per year with top earners at $90,000 with commission. You will receive world-class training through Farmers and have opportunities for career growth within our

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property and Casualty and Life license is required.
• Minimum 1 year Insurance Sales/ Customer Service Experience
• We seek people who do what they say they are going to do.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Responsibilities

• Call and develop relationships and new business.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
• Document each customer interactions in detail
• Ask for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services and remain current with required training provided locally and online, by Farmers.
