Ashley Watson Agency in Texas is seeking a motivated Licensed Sales Producer who excels at connecting with people, diagnosing needs, and closing insurance sales. You will build lasting client relationships while managing a growing book of business.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Texas Life & Health license is a plus.
• Previous insurance, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with new people.
• Self-starter with outbound calling, prospecting, and handling rejection.
• Organized, accountable, competitive, and motivated by measurable results.
• Team player who welcomes coaching and embraces new technology.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and available lead sources.
• Build client relationships by learning about customers’ needs, goals, and coverage concerns.
• Recommend insurance solutions by preparing quotes, explaining coverage options, and closing sales.
• Stay connected with prospects through consistent follow-up and organized pipeline management.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying cross-selling opportunities and earning referrals through excellent service.
• Drive results by working toward sales goals while following company standards and underwriting guidelines.
