Watson Agency in Texas is seeking a motivated Licensed Sales Producer to join our growing team. As a local agency, we value relationship-building and proactive outreach, helping clients protect their futures with Auto, Home, Life, and other coverages.

You will develop personalized quotes, explain options, and work toward achieving sales goals while staying compliant with underwriting guidelines. Training, coaching, and opportunities for advancement are available in a supportive,

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Texas Life & Health license is a plus.
• Previous insurance, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with follow-through.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and learning insurance software.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead sources.
• Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and goals.
• Develop personalized quotes, explain coverage options, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining compliance with company and underwriting guidelines.
