The Wischnewsky Agency in McKinney, TX is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to grow professionally, earn more, and build a long-term career in insurance. You will work closely with an experienced Farmers Insurance Agent, receiving hands-on training in prospecting, educating customers, cross-selling, and managing client relationships.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, coachable, comfortable speaking with customers, and eager to hit personal and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License.
• Active Texas Life & Health License.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong comfort with computers and navigating digital insurance platforms.
• A clear, confident, and friendly voice when speaking with people.

Responsibilities

• Guide community members through their insurance options to find coverage that fits their life circumstances.
• Reach out to prospective clients to share how our agency can provide better protection and peace of mind.
• Manage existing client accounts by answering questions and adjusting policies when life changes happen.
• Participate in local McKinney events to help neighbors understand the value of our agency.
• Review client files regularly to ensure they have the right level of coverage as their needs evolve.
• Collaborate with the agency owner to track progress and celebrate our team successes.
