Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a farm/ranch environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive sales and profitability.
• Maintain Legendary Customer Experience and coach team members.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and stock/merchandising tasks.
• Support hiring, training, and policy adherence.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and compliance.
