Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with overall store operations, including driving sales and profit.
• Lead front-end and daily store routines to ensure legendary customer experience.
• Support Team Member development, coaching, and policy compliance.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and cash handling oversight.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain safety and loss-prevention standards.
