Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime, as dictated by business needs.
Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
Lead store operations, driving sales and profit, planning and prioritizing work, delegating daily tasks, and reviewing ACT missions.
Assist with hiring, Team Member training, and application of policies and procedures.
Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling oversight and transport of bank deposits.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates Tractor Supply.
