Job summary

Fort Wayne Football Club at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium seeks a Ticketing Representative to provide exceptional customer service and process ticket sales during events. You will assist guests, answer questions, and resolve issues to create memorable experiences.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and events. Prior ticketing software experience is preferred, with flexibility for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of ticket office experience preferred.
• Experience with vivenu, SeatGeek, or Ticketmaster preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to operate cash and POS systems.
• Flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to fans at the ticket office.
• Process walk-up ticket sales at event-day booth with accuracy.
• Operate ticketing software to sell tickets efficiently.
• Provide event information and respond to guest inquiries.
• Handle cash, credit, and other transactions with accuracy.
• Address ticket-related issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Participate in the stadium’s emergency procedures and know venue layout.
• Collaborate with Guest Services staff and assist with other tasks.
• Assist with additional duties as needed by the Director of Ticketing.
