Ruoff Mortgage Stadium is seeking a friendly Ticketing Representative to provide exceptional guest service at the stadium ticket office during events. You will assist fans with purchases, answer questions, and process walk-up sales with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating the ticketing system (vivenu, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster or similar), handling cash and card transactions, and collaborating with Guest Services.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for guest interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling and basic accounting skills are required.
• Comfort with computers and ticketing software platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to fans at the Ruoff Mortgage Stadium Ticket Office.
• Process walk-up ticket sales at the event-day booth with accuracy.
• Operate the ticketing system to sell tickets for various events efficiently.
• Provide event information and respond to guest inquiries in person or by phone.
• Handle cash, credit, and other transactions accurately.
• Address ticket-related issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Participate in stadium emergency procedures and know venue layout.
• Collaborate with Guest Services staff and assist with additional tasks.
• Assist the Director of Ticketing and Ticket Lead with duties as needed.
