Player 15 Group in Phoenix is seeking a Part-Time Ticket Service Representative to support the ticket office with guest service and ticketing issues.

In this role you will greet guests, sell tickets, answer calls, and troubleshoot digital tickets using Ticketmaster Host, Archtics and TM1 Sales, while balancing daily sales and ensuring ADA compliance. This position offers a fast-paced environment and opportunities to contribute to game night experiences.

Qualifications

• Six months guest service experience required.
• Experience with multiple ticketing software platforms.
• Cash handling and credit card transaction experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Sell tickets using Ticketmaster Host, Archtics and TM1 Sales systems.
• Provide event information, pricing and seating details.
• Troubleshoot digital ticketing issues and assist at the counter or phones.
• Answer the box office phone line and relay arena policies.
• Balance and reconcile daily/nightly ticket sales.
• Ensure compliance with ADA ticketing laws.
• Assist in maintaining box office area and dress code.
