Job summary

Chaifetz Arena is seeking a part-time Ticket Seller to be the primary customer contact for ticket purchases and event inquiries. The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work during weekday hours (10am–5pm) and during events to ensure smooth ticketing operations.

The successful candidate will provide information, assist with Ticketmaster Archtics transactions, and help maintain a safe guest experience through attentive service and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced venue environment
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests in person and over the phone
• Assist in purchasing tickets for events via Ticketmaster Archtics
• Provide accurate information to guests
• Troubleshoot ticketing issues on day-of or prior to events
• Field inquiries about the venue over the phone and direct to appropriate departments
• Assist in providing a safe and secure environment for Chaifetz Arena
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalate as needed
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift
• Monitor Will Call and verify ID of pickup
• Provide excellent service to internal and external parties
