You'll work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events, leveraging strong communication and teamwork to contribute to a bold, customer-centric brand. Previous retail or service experience is valued and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and events.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move merchandise up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience enjoyable.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system.
• Maintain professionalism and representation of the Fanatics Brand.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management.
