Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system.
• Maintain store standards and professional representation of the Fanatics Brand.
• Support management with additional responsibilities as needed.
