Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate for the Atlanta Hawks Team Store in Atlanta, GA. You will greet fans, make recommendations, process transactions, and keep the sales floor and stockroom organized in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes guest engagement, brand representation, and teamwork, with evening and weekend shifts around home games and events. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively represented.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, or fan experiences.
• Apply creative thinking and new approaches to solve complex challenges.
• Act with urgency and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive shared goals and team outcomes.
