Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver standout fan experiences across in-store and event-driven shifts, including pre-game, in-game, and post-game support.

You will greet fans, recommend products, process transactions, and maintain store standards while representing the Fanatics brand with professionalism. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics Brand and Team/League.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.
