Responsibilities

• Uphold high standards of professionalism and represent Fanatics Brand and FIFA Brand.
• Support retail build operations, displays, and POS installation as needed.
• Collaborate with location supervisors to keep areas stocked and event-ready.
• Troubleshoot sales transactions using Fanatics POS system efficiently.
• Assist with receiving, displaying, and storing inventory to optimize presentation.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom per company standards.
• Execute planogram placements and support merchandising efforts.
• Tag, hang, and re-merchandise products for retail readiness.
• Organize supplies and equipment for smooth operations; wrap pallets for events.
• Load and unload merchandise trucks safely; apply Fanatics values.
