Responsibilities

• Uphold highest standards of professionalism and customer service representing Fanatics Brand and events.
• Assist with retail build operations, displays, POS installation as needed.
• Collaborate with location supervisors to keep areas clean, stocked, and event-ready.
• Troubleshoot and resolve sales transactions using Fanatics POS system.
• Assist with inventory receiving, display, and storage for optimal stock presentation.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization with attention to detail.
