Job summary

The Boston Celtics offer a hands-on Member Experience Internship designed for current students seeking real-world exposure in professional sports operations.

As a Part-Time, 29 hours/week role from January to May, interns assist game-night operations, interact with Season Ticket Members and fans, and gain experience with CRM systems like Archtics and Salesforce while developing strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service
• Previous similar experience in entertainment/sports/events is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong social skills with the ability to build and maintain favorable relationships
• Ability to apply active listening and conflict management skills
• Ability to be compatible with other departments under many circumstances
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to rapidly changing business conditions

Responsibilities

• Assist the Member Experience Department on game nights with Season Ticket Member gift pick-up, and pre & post game experiences
• Work exclusive Season Ticket Member events, including nights and weekends
• Assist Member Experience Executives with client and special requests
• Engage with Season Ticket Members and Fans and address any questions or concerns that may arise while delivering a positive experience
• Execute & organize tasks through multiple platforms, including Archtics & Salesforce (CRM)
• Data track via Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Manage the Boston Celtics Fan E-mail and Phone Inquiries
• Perform additional duties assigned by the department as needed
