Qualifications

• Must be a junior or senior undergraduate student or graduate student.
• Academic Credit
• Ability to work scheduled home games and events

Responsibilities

• Ability to capture and edit digital content and assemble final video programs
• Assist in designing and developing marketing material that promotes youth basketball programs
• Creative mind – pitch ideas and brainstorm
• Set up and organize video content data filing system
• Ability to be physically active on court and behind the scenes to execute Jr. Celtics programming
• Ability to engage with a wide age range of participants and ability levels
• Help with in game marketing
• Overall dedication and understanding of youth development basketball training
• Serve as a positive role model to participants by being an active and hardworking leaderHelp grow Jr. Celtics network through existing and new relationships with youth basketball organizations and facilities in the community
