Job summary

Charlotte Hornets is seeking a Part-Time Ticket Office Ambassador to deliver exceptional service at Spectrum Center. You will process ticket sales, answer questions, and troubleshoot mobile ticketing, while ensuring ticket authenticity and accurate records.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to pass a background check, and availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a non-benefit, part-time position located at Spectrum Center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Part-time non-benefit earning position with hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to all Spectrum Center guests.
• Operate Ticketmaster systems TM1 Sales, TM HOST & Archtics.
• Process single ticket sales and distribute will call tickets.
• Answer questions on ticket availability, prices, events, seating configurations, and arena policies.
• Provide fans with information, education and troubleshooting for all mobile ticketing questions.
• Verify/Scan tickets for authenticity and date, time, and event.
• Resolve issues professionally and timely.
• Maintain accurate records of all ticket sales and reconciliation.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all areas of Spectrum Center.
• Other duties as assigned.
