Job summary

Family Service of Rhode Island is seeking a Case Manager for the Family Coaching & Visitation program in Providence, RI. You will support reunification goals through coaching, case management, and transportation coordination for visits with DCYF involvement.

The role requires experience with families/children in human services, strong writing abilities, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with families and children in human services, child development, or related fields.
• Strong writing skills and ability to communicate clearly with DCYF and families.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, support, supervision and education during parental visits with children placed out of the home.
• Coordinate with DCYF and families; prepare weekly visitation summaries and court letters.
• Deliver case management and arrange transportation for children to visits as needed.
