Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scheduled Family Time sessions promoting safety and therapeutic bonding.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to parents during sessions.
• Prepare and maintain safe environments for Family Time sessions.
• Document observations in Electronic Health Record and communicate with clinicians.
• Maintain a caseload of no more than 6 families.
