Job summary

The Bridge Family Center in Cromwell, CT is seeking two full-time Family Visit Coaches to supervise and facilitate family visits for children in DCF care. You will manage case notes, coordinate with DCF, and develop visitation plans while ensuring safety and professional boundaries.

Requires a high school diploma; related field degrees are preferred. CT driver's license and certifications such as CPR/First Aid are expected or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; related field degrees preferred.
• Prior case management and/or visit coaching experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred to meet client needs.
• Valid CT driver’s license and applicable certifications or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during family visits, ensuring safety and a positive environment.
• Schedule and coordinate initial meetings with families, and communicate with DCF.
• Complete and submit all required documentation within timelines and report progress.
• Coordinate final discharge meetings and provide backup transportation if needed.
