Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of substance use disorders and mental health diagnoses preferred.
• Family services or direct care experience preferred.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within first 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all applicable state and federal regulations; ensures compliance with policies, code of conduct, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates intake interviews with Program Manager.
• Monitors daily program activities and reports concerns to Program Manager.
• Follows medication observation policy for resident regimens.
• Works with case management to manage and file records timely.
• Attends staff meetings and supervisor weekly.
• Conducts drug screening and record keeping as needed.
• Participates in group facilitation and educational training.
• Reports incidents, accidents, injuries, or medication errors per agency policy.
• Completes internal incident reports as needed.
• Participates in staff meetings, treatment team meetings, supervision, and inter-agency meetings.
• Conducts daily program safety checks per policy.
