Job summary

The Brien Center in Pittsfield, MA seeks staff to provide direct care to families in a structured program, ensuring safety and understanding of program requirements. You will support families with daily living activities and navigate the program effectively.

You'll collaborate with the Program Manager and clinical teams, monitor activities, conduct safety checks, and assist with documentation and meetings to ensure high-quality service delivery in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within first 3 months of employment.
• Prior human services and/or direct care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to applicable regulations and policies; ensures compliance with procedures.
• Coordinates intake interviews with Program Manager.
• Monitors daily program activities and reports concerns.
• Follows medication observation policy for resident medications.
• Works with case management to manage and file records timely.
