Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists Case Managers in providing human services to clients.
• Provides transportation for clients to appointments.
• Maintains outgoing paper/electronic appointment calendar for scheduling requests.
• Attends court hearings about the child and family and may testify.
• Performs clerical duties and documents data in case management systems.
• Supports supervision, trainings, and professional growth as directed.
