Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field with supervised child-placing experience; degree must include 9 graduate credits or 350 supervised field hours.
• Alternative: Master’s with two years of supervised child-placing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services with two years of supervised child-placing experience; or four years under certain conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree with three years of supervised child-placing experience; or direct supervision from qualified person.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing monitoring and case management to foster/adopt families and clients.
• Attend and document visits, screenings, and service plan progress.
• Coordinate placement, follow-up, and 7-day post-placement activities.
• Prepare and participate in ARD meetings and school-related supports.
• Document progress and ensure compliance with DFPS Standards and agency policies.
