Job summary

Texas Family Care Network in Dallas, TX seeks Courtesy Case Managers to safeguard child welfare after removal from home. You will work with families, parents, and community partners to deliver individualized, child-centered services aimed at permanent, safe outcomes.

You will monitor placement needs, coordinate with Placement staff, participate in court hearings, document case records, and advocate for educational and safety needs. This role involves cross-system collaboration and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of case management experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license and safe driving record; reliable transportation.
• Clearances: DPS, DFPS, FBI, CBCU Eligibility Determination, and Child Abuse Clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor placement needs and coordinate with Placement staff.
• Maintain monthly updates with the primary case manager.
• Meet with families to plan permanency and safety.
• Document case records and data entry in systems.
• Participate in court hearings and on-call rotations.
