Texas Family Care Network in Dallas is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to lead a team of Case Managers, overseeing services to children and families, ensuring adherence to agency policy, the Texas Family Code, and minimum standards of child placing agencies.

The role requires fast-paced decision-making on child safety, staff supervision, on-call rotation, and collaboration with courts, DFPS, schools, and community partners to secure safety, permanency, and well-being.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Three years of full-time experience in child-placing or related public social services is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Mansioni

• Plans and manages unit operations to achieve goals and objectives for service delivery by monitoring caseloads, consulting with staff on case issues, approving leave and holding unit meetings.
• Selects, manages, and develops staff through field visits, review of performance data, conferences, training, and performance evaluations.
• Interprets program policy and procedures to unit staff, other agency staff, parents, children, youth, caregivers, the courts, CASA, other stakeholders, and the general public.
• Evaluates unit performance through case readings, data reports, and observation of unit operations to ensure unit compliance with policy, procedure and service control requirements.
• Develops and maintains effective working relationships between Texas Family Care Network Staff, Department of Family and Protective Services Staff, Child Welfare Boards, the general public, legal, medical, educational, and other community resources.
• Leads a mobile unit of Case Managers who utilize technology.
• Promotes, monitors, and ensures that respect is demonstrated for cultural diversity.
• Participates in on-call rotation and duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned and required to maintain unit operations.
