New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) seeks a Multi-Level Response Family Support Advocate to assess families, screen risk, and connect them with community resources. Travel within the state is required to complete work assignments and build support networks.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in social services and 1 year of related experience; 3 years total education/experience may substitute. Strong collaboration with agencies and providers is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and one year of social work or community coordination experience.
• Three years total education/experience may substitute for the degree.
• Must be willing to travel statewide and complete required background checks.

Responsabilités

• Complete comprehensive family assessments and safety/risk screenings.
• Develop individualized family well-being plans with clear referrals.
• Conduct home visits and coordinate with community resources.
• Document outcomes in the agency case management system.
• Collaborate with state agencies to implement multi-level response.
