Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field required; licensure or eligibility in NM preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in social services or child/family welfare.
• Must be able to travel statewide and supervise staff across assignments.
• Background check and driving requirements as per state policy.
• Ability to write clearly and maintain documentation as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of in-home services practitioners providing interventions to families in voluntary services.
• Assign work, conduct evaluations, and implement performance improvement plans.
• Coordinate with community providers and internal partners to ensure quality services.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and develop family-centered case plans.
• Time management, staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
