Job summary

The Children’s Network of Hillsborough, LLC is seeking an in-office Case Manager to support Child Protective Investigators by reviewing referrals, coordinating services, and staffings to prevent removal of children from families.

Responsibilities include assessing family needs, coordinating referrals for resources, and maintaining case documentation across FSFN and CCWIS systems. Location is Tampa, FL, with regular training and travel within the county.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field plus two years of child welfare experience preferred.
• Certification as a Child Protection Professional is required.
• Pre-employment requirements include background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review referrals and staff cases to providers.
• Assess family needs and provide resources and referrals.
• Coordinate staffings and prepare case authorizations.
• Enter data into FSFN and CCWIS and monitor timelines.
