My Florida Families is seeking a FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER to assist professionals in Child Protective Investigations, providing critical client services and family support. The role involves coordinating transportation, maintaining files and logs, and handling case information input in the FSFN system.

Responsibilities include helping clients access social services and benefits, supporting investigators with caseloads, and performing general administrative tasks as directed by supervisory staff.

• Support investigators in maintaining caseloads and related duties.
• Perform administrative tasks as directed by supervision; provide phone and client contact support.
