Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of college or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Current state driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Insurance license if required by state/province law may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect daily, obtain referrals, network in the community, present to families.
• Build relationships: respond to inquiries promptly, listen empathetically, tailor solutions for families.
• Teamwork: coordinate with funeral directors and location staff to ensure high-quality service.
