Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of college or education and experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must pass a presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to drive frequently and obtain/maintain an insurance license if required by law.
• Flexible hours with potential evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting for 1–2 hours daily.
• Obtain referrals from families served and build relationships.
• Explain options and present presentations to families.
• Maintain activity levels to ensure productivity.
• Develop trust-based relationships to earn referrals.
• Prepare for appointments with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to deliver seamless service.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to client inquiries.
