Qualifications

• Must pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record; insurance license if required.
• Willingness to drive frequently; flexible hours including long days.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect daily, obtain referrals, network with community.
• Present offerings to families and referred clients, track activity.
• Build relationships by timely, respectful, and empathetic communication.
• Understand family needs and offer valuable pre-planning solutions.
• Maintain contact to ensure satisfaction and request referrals.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service.
