JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Family Advocacy Case Manager in Lycoming County, PA. This full-time, salaried position involves serving as a primary contact for families, assessing needs, and linking them with essential resources to achieve stability.

You will provide crisis intervention and ongoing support, with opportunities to work evenings or weekends. Requires an Associates Degree, valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks.

About the Role

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, and achieve stability.

• Associates Degree required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass all required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems
• Connect families with community resources such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling
• Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary
