Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare in Clearfield County, PA is hiring a Part-Time Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families navigating social services and legal systems. You’ll serve as the primary contact, assess needs, and connect families with community resources.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, case management, documentation, and vehicle transport as needed. Evening and weekend hours are required, with a supportive, youth-centered mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

About The Role

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, and provide ongoing advocacy and support to help families achieve stability. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Work.
